Nasal inhalers are devices that allow the inhalation of essential oils in places and times when we do not have at hand the essential oil diffusers or the comfort of our home.  
    Using a personal nasal inhaler is a very effective way to reap the benefits of these precious oils. 
    The oil drops are applied directly to the cotton wick and then the inhaler is assembled in the order described in the box sketch.  (find the sketch in the pictures attached to the product). 
    Never place the inhaler inside your nostrils. Hold the inhaler under your nose and inhale slowly. You can count while inhaling 1,2,3,4,5 and then exhale slowly. Repeat the above procedure 2 to 3 times for each nostril. You can use the inhaler  every 2-3 hours if necessary.
